Debra Fisher Goldstein is a photographer and short-form writer based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, USA. She has spent the past 15 years documenting the moments of joy and human experience at state and county fairs.
Her work has appeared in a variety of publications; group and solo shows; and in the homes and offices of her Fair-loving patrons.
Her work is guided by her mantra: “The shortest distance between two people is a shared moment.”
During the non-fair season, Debra partners with non-profits whose mission is to uplift and empower those with less privilege and more challenges, creating photo stories that celebrate the journeys and accomplishments of these remarkable individuals.
